Every year, we are invited to teach a class at Kyoto Municipal Keihoku Junior High School’s home economics program, where the theme is SDGs and thinking about conserving the global environment. This year marks the fourth year. In our company’s social contribution initiative, “MeBu,” we create art pieces by reusing waste glass produced in our business. With their support for this initiative, we first explained our company’s social contribution activities during the class, and then the students got to experience making stained glass themselves. We received wonderful feedback from all the students.
